Our motto is "Dia Phoron", the Greek word for "Excellence". Translated into English, it means "follow through". Like the Greeks, we don't differentiate between excellence and follow through. To us, they are the same thing.

At Helmut's Remodeling, we pledge our commitment to quality and excellence in everything we do. We will not sacrifice quality for price and we promise the highest level of thoughtful and professional service.

The Keys to Success

We believe there are three keys to the success of every remodeling project:

1. Inspection and Documentation - A thorough inspection as well as written reports based on the owner's input and on-site measurements. We know remodeling and you know your home… that's why we work as a team to review and document the area.
2. Detailed, Written, Project-Specific Proposal - This should include all information as it relates to a remodeling project -- from site protection and material allowances to the final clean up and payment terms. That way, we know what we need to do and you know what you're going to get.
3. Our professional installers will perform your work based on the project specifications, manufacturer specs, building codes and over 40 years of remodeling experience. Because experience really does make a difference.

In the early 1980s Helmut moved the business to our present location at 8125 W. Capitol Drive in Milwaukee. As time passed, Helmut decided to expand our business and include interior projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as additions and rec rooms.

Never one to say "no", Helmut has always been willing to go the extra step to help customers with all types of home improvements and remodeling projects. Whether they were a small or large client, Helmut has always tried to help the customer with their needs and eliminate their worries.

Art Ninaus

Art is our serviceman and one of our key team members. He has been with Helmut's Remodeling for over 12 years and has faithfully and successfully performed a wide variety of services - from exterior roof and carpentry repairs to various interior remodeling projects.

Art has both the knowledge and experience to solve existing problems and, even more importantly, spot potential problems before they arise and cause unnecessary expenses for our customers.

In 2000, we nominated Art for the NARI Employee of the Year award. We are proud to announce that he was our first winner of that honor. In the Helmut's "family" we have always considered him to be a winner because his goal is to always do his best.
